Tahoe Keys Chalet - This Turnkey Package is Sold!
The goal of this project is to create the look and feel of an authentic Ski Chalet like those found on ski slopes in Europe. This vacation home has beautiful rustic beams in the great room which adds wonderful character to the room. Ski theme accents are throughout the home.

Color Scheme
Tones of saddle brown and golden brown for walls in the great room with rich chocolate brown for the beams and trim and accented with a a medium blue. We choose darker colors to create a warm and cozy great room. The color scheme also coordinates well with the granite slabs and rustic kitchen cabinets.

Great Room Furniture
Focal point is decorator pillows and snow shoe lamps added to existing leather furniture to enable us to create a beautiful Ski Theme. Great Room walls painted in butternut and rustic beams and trim were toned down from a blackened brown to a rich chocolate brown.

Kitchen
The kitchen was totally remodeled and originally had a linen closet wall that took up a valuable space. The closet was removed along with a portion of the hallway wall which opened up the kitchen to the great room area. With the kitchen area being so small a breakfast bar was added which provided a great deal more counter space.
